p/s : leave a comment whether if you like it or not :D sorry. It's quite long

It had been raining all day. As the weather seemed to be gloomy to me, my heart was like to take part with that day, with mt dearest husband sleeping by my side. I felt like caressing him lovingly. My eyes started to crystallize when my mind meandered thinking about him. Once established, the bond of love is never broken. When the person who loves you pass away, they are not physically present on earth, but they remain with you, watching over you, and they may help you whenever you deserve it.

The blueprint of our lives had been doodled up in the period between our live when we are pure souls. We map out our own plans, detailing all kinds of things. I think of this life plan as the motorway, the main route from A to B, but shooting off it, there will be all kind of side roads. Lambert was the man whom I had married to. His slightly tanned skin blended his black spiky hair. Spiky strand of hair perfectly framed his base-up triangle face. His thick light eyebrow showed content, but friendly at the same time.

Our bliss and happiness had been taken away by a fateful disease that he was succumb to. I was like to blame the God who had set up my fate. But it was something that I should not think like because the game plan had been already drawn up. It was my destiny. It was his too. It was the perfect time where he would leave me, perhaps. Why can't he read my heart? Didn't he know that I was not ready to survive myself for the entire of my life? Somehow, I knew that he had tried his best to make sure that my alluring smile is always carved on my face.

A fortnight ago, me and my best friend, Laura, went for a camp in the Fluoride. We had toured around, stopping at different campsites and had a lovely time exploring the countryside. On the last day, I had a tight sleep. We were going back on the next morning. As the majestic sun rises on the eastern horizon, the first light rays of sun creeped in through my tent. I was awakened by the natural sound like the chirping of birds. At first, I reluctantly opened my eyes, but soon, I drank in the beautiful sight of the morning. Out of the blue, "Allie! Make it faster! Hurry up!" Laura shouted. I packed my clothes clumsily and grabbed my luggage quickly. We started to whizz our car for the ferry that we had booked. But, I heard a man's voice echoed in my head saying "There are plenty of time. No need to rush, Allie."

We passed a hustle bustle city. Hence, we stopped there and had a look around and had a bite to eat. It was something that I would be daft to rush all my way there and have to sit on a concrete ferry terminal for ages. I strolled along the eye-catching steer, looking in the shop windows and admiring the spring flowers in the garden. I sat down in a cafe and ordered a cup of hot chocolate and a slice of cheese cake as their aromas titillated my taste bud. But suddenly the cafe got busy and the waitress were very slow bringing the orders. Laura was glancing at her new crystal-blue watch and beginning to feel stressed by the time I finished eating and paid the bills.

As we walked back towards our car, we saw a crowd of people gathered around my Beatles. We saw an elderly man was lying on the ground just by our car. I actually could see the blood oozing from the wound. The elderly man moaned in pain. I was pissed off with the bystanders as they did nothing to help him. At last, he was lifted up into the ambulance and we were be able to move our car to the port.

I sped up my car and got my best to the port quickly. As we turned the corner into the terminal ferry, we could only see the ferry was chugging away.

"It's gone!" I moaned.
"Look - they have not ever closed the back doors!"

We turned to the ferry's office and one of the staffs exclaimed booked and we could only get another on the next early morning. We drove to the outskirts and we found a reasonably cheap hotel. We stayed there for our last night. We had an early night and the next morning, I remembered seeing a picture of a ferry on the cover of the newspapers. As we got at the port, we saw the road was blocked off with police cordons.

"Have you heard that? the official asked me.
"JMV Ferry sank yesterday."

"But.. We were supposed to be in there."

I was deeply flabbergasted when I heard the news. 193 people died on that ferry and if we caught it, it could be 195. I remembered a man's voice echoed in my head. I knew it had been him who saved me from drowning in the horrible tragedy. Now I know that he would always by my side, taking care of me.
